“I have lived here for over a year and really enjoy this community, I have no problems living here. I have a backyard area and the maintenance team really takes care of it and is very responsive. One thing I enjoy is having Amenify. I can easily order groceries/food, cleaning services, chores, even dog walking.I really my experience living here has been great.”

“Been in texas for 3 years now. Been living here for a year and a half. Recently i went to Dallas and looked at more then 10 properties, and not one place I saw matched Delta appearance wise. Where I previously lived, doesnt compare not even a little bit. Im actually sad I have to leave this place because from the staff to management, I know I won’t get this experience again. The property is so well kept. I feel like I live on a resort. You know like how you wake up on vacation and go on your balcony, you see the maintenance crew working around the resort? “I absolutely loved living here! I won’t even mention the initial hiccups because those people are no longer in the office. If you’re considering The Delta Pearland, go for it! I had to relocate for work, so I left earlier than planned. The process was incredibly smooth and accommodating to my needs. I truly appreciate Kelley’s exceptional work and graciousness. I miss my place so much! If I could move back, I would, but unfortunately, that’s not possible. I agree with the complaints about neighbors not picking up after their pets. “I came and viewed this apartment today 4/4/26 and leasing Manager Victoria (I’m so sorry if I got that wrong, Ms.V) was absolutely outstanding, very sweet and great at her job. The apartment was stunning, everything was just wonderful! Im so excited to move forward with the application process and I pray I get it!!! She did an outstanding job making me feel comfortable during the viewing process. I’ve seen many but this is one of the top choices. Its clean, quite, and would be the perfect size for me. Happy I stumbled upon this place. I hope I get to call myself a future resident here.”

“Moved in Dec 2024, and can’t say enough about my experience with Cass. Big shoutout to her for always being friendly, professional, efficient, and just an overall kind person! I can’t say that about many other places I’ve lived. Shopping for apartments can be a pain – not with her. Needing support as an apartment resident can be a pain – not with her.”

“We have lived here for almost a year and the experience has been great! Management is phenomenal, maintenance is excellent, and neighbors are friendly. The only downside is there are a few irresponsible pet owners who do not clean up after their pets, but management has sent multiple reminders about their policies. Additionally, the hallways used to be cleaned with leaf blowers which really helped keep the area tidy but that hasn’t happened in some time.”
